WENCHES monumentally return to the scene with their second full-length album ‘Stupid Sick’ following up 2021’s highly praised ‘Effin’ Gnarly.’ Recorded by Carl Byers (Idiot, Graveripper, Usurp Synapse) and mastered by Don Fury (Quicksand, Helmet, Sick of It All), ‘Stupid Sick’ is what Cvlt Nation calls “powerful evidence that rumors of the death of rock and roll’s demise have been greatly exaggerated.” With two of the four members having been from former notable Midwestern noise punks Racebannon and Medusa, the heaviness has been turned up and the dynamics dialed in more than on previous output. Special guest stars on the album include the legendary Chad Price, vocalist of ALL, Drag the River, A Vulture Wake as well as the versatile Jonathan Newby from bands Brazil, JC Autobody and heavy supergroup Fixation Arc.

Housed in a recycled stock gatefold wallet and printed with eco-friendly ink, this full-color CD package is finished in a re-sealable post-consumer recycled bag that won’t fit over yr head so there’s no chance of possible suffocation. You’ll have to find another method to make that happen but this way we aren’t liable.
